Meet RUEMOUR our Pilates Mascot

As you can see, our baby Rue, only 9 months old in this picture, is getting the hang of the pilates warm up exercise spinal rotation. The young Rue, an Aries, is a seal point Ragdoll. Rue is now aproaching 18 months and is a sporting 14 pounds. Ragdolls hold the Guiness record for world's largest domestic cat breed. I will be riding him to work in no time! NOTE: TopNotch Pilates was almost named Purrfect Pilates!

Well, I guess Rue needs a little more practice to master "Rolling Like a Ball." He gets an "A" for effort!

Rue is a great mascot. He does yoga too! Here he is practicing "Lion Pose."

It takes a little time to learn pilates. The Roll Up is a challenging exercise, especially for our young Rue.
