What is Small Group Personal Training?

Affordable and fun, small group personal training is done in a small group to minimize cost yet maximize personal attention to form, technique and alignment. Different sessions will run focusing on a variety of training techniques. All previous sessions have sold out so don't hesitate - sign up today for the next round! All sessions run in 8 week (consecutive and non-consecutive depending on holidays, etc.) sessions. Cost for Notch Members is $149 for non-members $179.

BEACH BUMS IS COMING!!! [BB]

The most beloved of all small group trainings is BEACH BUMS and it is coming back to get you and your bum ready for the beach! With an extra focus on the hips, thighs, and (well of course your) butt, this workout also tightens and tones all major muscle groups. Bands, bars, balls, benches, and body weight - we drag out just about everything so we don't miss anything getting you ready for the beach! These sessions (like all small groups) sell out lightening fast so HURRY and don't miss your chance to get a Beach Bum!

APPARATUS CIRCUIT TRAINING [ACT]

Back by popular request! Here is your chance to try all the pilates machines! Get personalized attention and a great workout at a very affordable price on all of the pilates apparatus. You'll do both Classical and Stott pilates exercises on a variety of apparatus including the reformer, stability chair, cadillac and ladder barrel. Don't miss a single body part in this fantastic workout improving posture, core strength, balance and flexibilty. 6 sessions

Our famous "New Year ~ New Rear" workout! Tighter Assets - Buns of Steel and all that is what you will get is this 8 session small group training. Pilates moves, corepole, body bars, benches and what ever else it takes to tone that tushie - we have it and we will use it and you will thank us for it!!!

SKI BUMS [SKIB]

~ a great workout for those who ski AND those who don't ~

The Small Group Training that JUST WON'T GO AWAY !!! SKI BUMS has been running now for well over a year! Don't miss out on this awesome workout! This 8 week session will get you ready for those slopes or boats or lions and tigers and bears oh my: tighten those buns, strengthen and streamline the legs, improve balance, stability and core strength. You'll do balance work, squats, lunges and use gliding discs to tighten those buns, legs, and give you strength and stamina. AND if that's not enough, how about some foot/legwork on the reformer and jump board training ! Add in the COREPOLE in SKIBums II and you'll see why what was supposed to be a one time 8 week training has turned into a year-round training regime!
