TopNotch Pilates is more than a movement studio; it is also a wellness center and educational facility. Our professionally trained staff combines the latest methods and technology with proven traditional disciplines to ensure both our members and clients become fit from the inside out . . . and stay that way!

TopNotch Pilates offers authentic pilates matwork classes and is a fully equipped apparatus studio. We offer group mat/standing pilates classes in both the Stott Pilates(R) technique and Classical Pilates and other eclectic mind~body classes weekly, group apparatus classes, private, semi-private and small group personal training sessions.

just off Islington Street at
the bottom of Cabot Street
in the Safeway Storage Building
