DIRECTIONS

TopNotch Pilates is located one block off of Islington Street and is just a few blocks from downtown Portsmouth. If you are coming from downtown on Islington Street: There is a set of lights with a Getty station on the right. "CABOT STREET" Take a right here onto Cabot and we are located one block ~ at the end of the street on the corner of McDonough and Cabot. In the Safeway Storage building.

If you are coming from the other direction on Islington Street, take a left at Getty.

From the Spaulding Turnpike or Route 95: go to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle and take the Woodbury Avenue exit (3/4 of the way around the circle). Take a right onto Woodbury Ave then go straight - the road bends and comes to a "T". Take a right to follow signs to "Strawberry Bank" (there is no street sign at this right turn). Go under the bridge and take a left onto Islington Street. Left at the Getty Station "Cabot Street". We are one block where the street ends on the corner of Cabot and McDonough.
