SABRINA ELLEN SVARD, BS, CSCS, RYT

Sabrina is an international fitness presenter and holds her degree in Nutrition & Wellness Counseling. Well known throughout New England and beyond, Sabrina worked for 15 years as an AFAA Certfication Specialist training and certifing fitness intructors in aerobics, kickboxing, step, personal training, resistance training, yoga, core conditioning, and pilates matwork all over the world. For nearly 25 years she has been specializing in innovative program design that includes combining the best of Western Fitness with Eastern Movement and Philosophy to promote total well-being.

Sabrina is certified in Classical Pilates through Peak Pilates Systems, PhysicalMind Institute, and AAAI. She is trained in Essential And Intermediate Stott Pilates and is working on her Comprehensive Training in "West Coast" Pilates through Balanced Body University.
